Spring has sprung at Alpenrose,
We had a great winter season and are grateful for the wonderful folks we met on their ski vacation or stop over here with us at Alpenrose Revelstoke.
But now it is time to thing of Spring and Summer with many jobs to keep us busy for your upcoming stay.
The first flowers of spring are bright in bloom and the returning birds are happy in song. The air is fresh with the all the hopes and promises the new season of Spring brings!
Please do book early for your late spring/summer stays! We do prefer 2 night stays during our busy July and August so please consider a second night. It may well be the best stop of your travels. Free Live music every night in July and August in the town center. Beautiful wild flower meadows which are accessable to all in Mount Revelstoke National Park. Revelstoke is surrounded by beautiful glacier topped mountains and waterfalls and hikes abound. Add the wonderful small town spirit...you'll be glad you booked a second night stay!

I know I know...it's only mid October but this morning the mountain tops were fresh brilliant white under the Autumn sun....a reminder that winter is quickly approaching. It is wise to book your winter stay early so as not to limit your choice of avaialbility. Alpenrose Revelstoke offers a quiet night's sleep in comfortable beds with a great breakfast to start your day on the mountain. No worries on missing first tracks as we offer 5 different breakfast seatings to accomodate your day. One thing is for certain is in staying at (and owning) a bed and breakfast you meet the most interesting array of travellers whose path you most likely would never cross otherwise. You sit, you drink coffee you play cards you eat breakfast and all the while you converse. You have the opportunity to learn about other countries, professions, family traditions and hobbies. You gain insight into other cultures and ways of life. And guests experience life, meals, tradtions of us here in Canada. In the past couple of weeks we have had guests from Canada, USA, Australian, UK, Holland, Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, and Belguim. They come to us from all walks of life, tradespeople, physicians, lawyers, personal trainers, chefs,technical engineers,retirees, couples, honeymooners and multi generation families. Sometimes in this world we can feel all alone in a crowd...at a bed and breakfast that is not the case. It is a very enjoyable experience and we hope that you will give it and us a try!
